Shon Mohsin, D.Eng
Founder & CEO
Shon holds a Doctor of Engineering in Artificial Intelligence from George Washington University and an MS in Data Science from Southern Methodist University. He currently serves as Sr. Manager of Data Science & AI at CVS Health, leading customer analytics, experimentation, and AI implementations. His doctoral research produced DemoGraphDB, a novel knowledge graph framework for healthcare mortality prediction. Previously, he held roles as a Data Scientist at Healthfirst and Product Owner at Avanade and CNSI.
Jeremiah Lowhorn, D.Eng
Chief AI Officer
Jeremiah is a Staff Engineer in Machine Learning at Samsung Electronics and a Professor of Data Science at Merrimack College. He is pursuing a Doctor of Engineering in AI at George Washington University and holds an MS in Management Information Systems from Dakota State University. His expertise spans causal ML, multi-stage deep neural networks, and anomaly detection. Previously, he served as Lead ML Engineer at Samsung, Senior Analytics Engineer at U.S. Cellular, and Principal Data Scientist at Data Tapestry.
Seth Thor
Head of AI Research
Seth is a Computational Research Scientist at Assured Information Security (AIS), where he translates AI research into deployable applications for government clients across explainable AI, reinforcement learning, and scientific machine learning. He holds a BE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and pursued a PhD at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Previously, he was a Software Engineer at Microsoft and an Adjunct Instructor at Rochester Institute of Technology. He also founded TooLoo Studio, building AI-driven games and simulations.
Matthew Morais, D.Eng
Head of Quantitative Engineering
Matthew holds a Doctor of Engineering in AI/ML from George Washington University, an MS in Data Science from DePaul University, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is a Principal Scientist at BAE Systems focused on RF AI/ML research, with additonal backgrounds in software and algorithm engineering. He also serves as a Doctoral Advisor at GWU, mentoring AI/ML doctoral candidates. His expertise bridges hardware fabrication, data science, and artificial intelligence.
